Habichuela en rama
Habichuela The name stands for one of the great flamenco guitar dynasties in Spain. The championship of the Father Pepe Habichuela (Granada 1944), which was heard in the 70s often alongside Enrique Morente, Paco de LucĂa and Manolo SanlĂșcar, continues to develop with his son and student Josemi Carmona, who at age 14 in the very successful, and with a Latino Grammy-winning group Ketama participated. Both characterized the curiosity for new musical horizons, and they have driven the development of flamenco music through the fusion with jazz and classical elements to the Nuevo Flamenco crucial. The current concert program Habichuela en rama is a throwback to the first homonymous denominated Flamenco CD that Pepe Habichuela 1997 with his then 16 year-old offspring had taken together.
